For this popular issue, Topps piggy-backed 2 different sets and presented them as one extended set. Cards 1-100 (Bring ‘em Back Alive, 1950) depict jungle scenes of wild animals attacking each other along with other human/animal confrontations, and grade 10% NM or better, 35% EX to EX-MT, 40% VG to VG-EX and 15% lesser, some due to trimming. Cards 101-200 (Animals of the World, 1951) depict strange and unique animals from all parts of the globe and are of uniformly very high grade, with at least 50% presenting as NM or better, 40% EX-MT and the remainder only slightly lesser. Cards from both sets came with both cream and gray backs; all 200 cards in this collection are the cream variety. Note: these cards also came in 2-card panels, accounting for perforations on one side of many cards.
