Great vintage look at Hall of Famer Mordecai "Three Finger" Brown in this circa 1910 original, from-the-camera glass plate negative. Brown is depicted in Chicago Cubs uniform in this 7x5" negative; he pitched for the Cubs from 1904-12 before returning to close out his career in 1916. Slight image loss at edges and one spot at top corner, none of which impact the central figure, who was inducted into Cooperstown in 1949. Another amazing artifact from the Brown Brothers collection of sports and other photos, started in 1904.
