From the 1985 victory of Spend A Buck, this trophy is engraved "Monmouth Handicap, Monmouth Park, Won by Spend a Buck, August 17, 1985." It consists of one piece measuring 25 ounces, and is 7.75x8". The bottom is engraved, "Johnson, Walker & Tolhurst Ltd., Holborn Viaduct House E.C.I." There is one small dent but it remains quite beautiful and was obtained directly from Cam Gambolati, and comes with a handwritten letter from him. Spend A Buck won the 1985 Kentucky Derby but his team made waves in opting to skip the final two legs of the Triple Crown.
