It wasn't a typical season for the Ohio State Buckeyes in 1999 as the team finished 6-6 and failed to qualify for a bowl game for the first time in 11 years. This helmet from that season was worn by team captain Matt Keller for the entire regular season and the Senior Bowl in Alabama. The silver helmet shows nice use and is festooned with 54 stickers on the side, as well as Senior Bowl stickers on the front and back. The inside features all-original padding, while "NCAA" and "23" are also displayed on the back. Comes with an LOA signed by Matt Keller, who remains the all-time team leader in receptions for a fullback.
