Fine Detroit Tiger pennant collection. All measure 11.5" at their tallest and 28.5" in length. 1) 1938: Exhibits snarling Tiger symbol. Colors faded. 2) 1944: With players names, including Newhouser, Trout, Cramer, York, Richards, Swift, and 17 others. With faded colors. 3) 1945 World Series, With players names, including: Hank Greenburg, Newhouser, Trout, Cramer, Benton, Houtteman, Richards, and 16 more. 4) 1948 with players names: Including Kell, Trucks, Houtteman, Hutchinson, Trout, House, Newhouser and 16 more. 5) 1969 with color team photo. Missing tassels. Included on photo - Kaline, Sain, W. Horton, Cash, Gates Brown, Earl Wilson, Northrup, Mayo Smith and many others. 6) 1971 All-Star Game at Detroit. The American League won 6-4. The Tigers' Bill Freehan started at catcher and Norm Cash at first base, both as replacements. Detroit's Al Kaline also played and the Tigers Mickey Lolich picked up the save. Overall they average Very Good with a few stains and some wear, specifically to some of the tassels.
