Lot Description  

1952 Berk Ross near-complete baseball set of 71/72 cards missing only the Jackie Robinson. Signed cards include: Roberts EX-MT, Thompson, Feller EX (OC), Lemon EX-MT (OC), Martin, Rizzuto swinging EX (OC), Wertz, Sain, Thomson, Schoendienst EX-MT, Rigney, Raschi, Newcombe, Lopat, Doby NM, D. DiMaggio, Doerr EX-MT, Martin, Minoso, Mize EX (OC). The following are signed but they are clubhouse versions: Williams EX-MT, J, DiMaggio EX (OC), Mantle EX, Campanella EX-MT (OC), and Stanky. Unsigned highlights include: Mays EX (OC); Berra; NM; Snider EX-MT; Ashburn EX-MT; Fox VG; Irvin; VG-EX; Kell VG-EX (OC); Kiner EX; Musial EX-MT (OC); Reese EX (OC); and Rizzuto-bunting EX-MT (pin hole). Overall condition breakdown is 20% VG; 20% VG-EX; 40% EX; 20% EX-MT.
