Recently discovered in a home remodeling project in Buffalo, New York, this Babe Ruth oversized photograph is the first we've ever encountered. With the umpire and catcher waiting for the next batter to come up to the plate, this up close and personal shot highlights the moment the Bambino crossed home plate after hitting yet another home run. Printed by Underwood & Underwood, this 14x17" glossy photograph amazingly has lived in its original mailing tube, from Elliott Service Co. to Atterbury Motor Car Co., for decades and is included with the photo.  Paper loss and creasing is noticed but fortunately the damage is mostly found on the edges and does not interfere with the image of Ruth or the other athletes.
