This Adirondack/Rawlings bat was used by Mike Schmidt for one of the shots that put him into the legendary 500 Home Run Club. As part of his own countdown to the monumental mark, the superstar third baseman began logging his homers on his bat, thus this one is signed on the barrel along with inscription noting the number. Schmidt wielded the model 154A in 1984 for home run #424. Great use shown on this bat, with ball marks, stitch marks and paint transfers. Bat measures 35" and weighs 32.5 ounces. In addition to his "20" written on the knob, a handwritten number "#15" is present along with appropriate model and date stampings. Along with the PSA GU 8.5 LOA for the bat, a separate LOA is included for the autograph.
