A nice collection of actor and actress tobacco cards from different producers, in very pleasing collector grade. The lot includes: 1) 1911 T25 Between The Acts /American Tobacco ‘Actor’ series, seldom seen complete set of 50. Very difficult to complete in high grade, as cards have black borders. Cards grade GD to VG, several nicer; 8 show creasing or light writing on back and 5 have minor to moderate paper loss. 2) 1910 T27 Fatima Turkish Cigarettes ‘Actress Series’ group of 72, plus 2 duplicates (and 2 with Richmond backs). 25 cards are type I, with star/crescent border; 34 are type II with white borders and 15 type III with gold borders. Overall cards grade VG to VG-EX, with a handful better and some lesser. 3) c. 1910 collection of 18 actor and actress cards, blank-backs, B&W cameo format, 2 ½ x 1 3/8”. Cards are high grade but most are oc. Total of 142 cards.
