Gifted to Charlie by a family member, this is a 1951 First Edition Reprint of the classic novel, Catcher in the Rye. Sheen's favorite book as a teenager, this version of J.D. Salinger's seminal work has its original dust jacket with some minor tears to the edges and foxing at the page edges. Clearly a book that was not purchased and forgotten, this epic work of American literature was clearly read and re-read periodically but all bindings and pages remain intact.
