This Elvin Bethea jersey has been through the blood, sweat and tears of NFL game use, and the blood stains are there to prove it. Bethea is a Trenton, New Jersey, native who played for Trenton Central High School before going on to star for North Carolina A&T State University. Bethea, a defensive end, played his entire pro career with the Houston Oilers and still holds the Oilers/Tennessee Titans franchise record for sacks with 16, accomplished in 1973. Early 1980s game worn white Oilers' jersey from this Hall of Famer. Covered with blood stains on front shoulders. Huge signature on front measures over a foot long. Ripped neck, custom hemmed sleeves in shoulders. Sand Knit size 50 tag on tail. Nice use shown with some marks on shoulders and chest.
