Perhaps the most widely collected T-type boxing cards are the T218 cards of Champion Athletes and Prizefighters, issued with various American Tobacco Company products. The overall set, issued in two series, contains 153 cards including 61 boxers and one boxing referee. The vast majority of T218s were issued with Mecca or Hassan branding. A small sliver were issued with Tolstoi. The best consensus among T218 specialists is that the Tolstoi boxing cards are limited to the boxers from the series II. Jack Johnson appears in both series of T218s, in series II in a front-facing pose, and is the key card. This example has nice, crisp image that is not affected by the technical flaws of the card.
