Ruth was showing his 39-year-old age in 1934, as he hit "only" .288 and had merely 22 home runs. Generous Ruth donated to the Red Cross, the Salvation Army and to churches. Ruth also bought bonds for WWI (1917), and Liberty Bonds $50k. Unsigned. Folded in half. Excellent condition.
