Out of this world advertising card with the stunning standing image of the champion bareknuckler in the famous cabinet pose of the era. Printed for the famed Louisville & Nashville Rail Road company, this piece was created to advertise their luxurious round trip service to the "Fistic Festivities" in New Orleans. This groundbreaking fight was one of the premier events in 1892, lasted three days and featured the grand finale of Sullivan vs. Corbett. In true collector fashion, it is believed that L&N produced a matching card featuring Corbett in a similar pose. This extremely rare and unique piece has some soiling noticeable but is in overall VG condition and presents very well. 4.5x7"
