From the collection of Joe Bihler comes this seemingly normal telegram that's more interesting than it appears. Western Union telegram addressed to "Babe Ruth" in care of "Chisty Walsh News Syndicate" from F.W. Brunskill. Telegram reads, "Please accept my best wishes for a most happy and prosperous New Year." What's interesting about this correspondence is Brunskill was known for his oppression of the Chinese during the Chinese Exclusion Act while Chief of Police in Minneapolis.
