Ricky Bones started his Major League career with the San Diego Padres in 1991. He was a starting right-handed pitcher who started 11 games in '91 and had a 4-6 record. Later, Bones played for 6 other teams in MLB, including the New York Yankees, and finished with a 63-82 ledger. A beautiful home jersey, white with blue pinstripes. Russell Athletic. Diamond Collection, tags read "size 44, 13" from bottom -1" Taper, Plus 1.5" Slv. Length" On back "BONES 28". Excellent condition. 2) Andy Benes away jersey. Benes was a right-handed pitcher who was the first player selected in the entire 1988 draft, by the Sand Diego Padres, and in pitching for San Diego was selected as the National League Rookie-of-the-Year in 1989 by the Sporting News. In 1991, the year this jersey was worn, Benes went 15-11 for San Diego, with a 3.03 ERA, and he finished his career 155-139. Tags read "Rawlings Majoe League Licensee, [size] 50, T, 2 inches extra length. Back reads "BENES 40". Some evidence on the stitching of game use. Overall good condition. 3) San Diego Padres Stanley Jefferson home jersey. A 1985 jersey with a RAK patch on left sleeve. (RAK were the initials of Padres owner Ray A. Kroc, who passed away in 1985). A outfielder, Jefferson was with the Padres for the first time in the 1987 season. Not clear if this jersey was game worn. Tag in neck reads "Wilson 40". Tag on lower front reads "85".
