All are beautifully framed and each is hand signed in pencil by the artist. They are all enshrined in the National Museum of Racing in Saratoga Springs. Condition is superb. 1) Sysonby shown working out with exercise rider aboard and signed by Ned King and numbered 4 of 4. Sysonby, Horse of the Year (HOY) in 1905, only lost one race in his famous career, attributed to having been poisoned. Frame is 211/4;” L X 18” W. 2) Northern Dancer and his classic stallions signed by artist Christine Picavet. Northern Dancer appears in the center surrounded by 10 pictures of his famous progeny. Although Northern Dancer won 2/3 of the Triple Crown in 1964, the famed colt was not named HOY, as that honor instead went to Kelso. Frame is 32 1/2” L X 29” W. 3) The next two were signed by A. Brewer, Jr. a) Nashua was named HOY in 1955. Frame is 21 1/4;” L X 181/4” W. b) Swaps, named HOY in 1956, set 10 world records and his owner stated he never turned him loose to see what he could do! Frame is 21 1/4” X 18 1/4” W.
