The Heisman trophy winner and consensus All-American football star signed this 1-year deal with the Jersey Generals of the USFL in 1983.  Walker was a big get for the upstart league that craved talent so it could compete with the NFL.  The man behind the steal of one of the best college athletes of the time was one Donald J. Trump.  Walker would go on to have a great rookie season rushing for 1,812 yards and 17 touchdowns and Trump would go on to be President.  The contract is signed by Herschel Walker with an over sized Trump signature attached
