Graded by BVG and received a grade of "Authentic" altered. With visible wear to both sides, this card surprisingly enough has near-perfect centering on top and bottom. We haven't even seen NM-MT Mantle rookies this well centered. Beckett placed the "altered" label on this card because there is residue of tape/glue on the back. If you love your cards dead-centered and always wanted to own the Mantle rookie, this card is one of the more affordable options available.
