A very popular style of the era, this vintage Hillerich & Bradsby painted bat dates from the 1920s and is a TC model, meaning it was modeled after Ty Cobb's bat. Of historical note, this bat actually originated from the H&B archives and has side-writing on the barrel as well as some nails in the handle fixing a crack, and dead wood on the barrel. The highlight is a wonderful painting of Cobb in radiating colors on the barrel, done by Yuri Liaboh, a prominent Russian artist who was known for his sports paintings.
