A former number two overall pick, John Rauch never really panned out as a player in the NFL, but he did ultimately find success as a football coach. At the helm of the Oakland Raiders in 1967, Rauch had his best year in the pros, leading his team to victory in the AFL Championship Game before losing to the Green Bay Packers in Super Bowl II. This silver platter was presented to Rauch for the Raiders win in the AFL Championship over the Houston Oilers. The platter measures 13x13" and has some surface wear with scratching, but is otherwise VG-EX. Engraved on it is "1967 AFL Championship, Houston vs. Oakland, Chrysler Corporation," and it comes with an LOA from John Rauch, Jr.
