This 1936 edition of "The Sequoian" features Jackie Robinson's signature four times. Robinson, one of the most revered and influential athletes in sports history, was unsurprisingly a multi-sport star at John Muir Technical High School, excelling at football, basketball, track and field, tennis and of course, baseball. All of Robinson's signatures appear as "Jack Robinson" with his autographs coming over his baseball photo, football photo and two on his basketball photo. One includes the inscription "To a fine baseball player, good luck next year, hope you win again, Jack Robinson." The vintage yearbook features a tin cover and back, an odd choice for a school named after a famous naturalist, and is overall EX.
