Offered is a collection of collegiate wrestling gear used by Jack Markweiss circa 1919. Included are gold King O'Shea sweater with a large "M" affixed to the front and a "Markwise" ID tag sewn into the inner seam, a green wool Spalding logo long sleeve football shirt, a navy wool Burghardt Athletic Goods long sleeve shirt and a pair of period wrestling shoes. Moderate to heavy wear shown with some holes and fabric loss to the green long sleeve. Identified equipment is quite rare.
