One of the first concrete-and-steel stadiums of its kind in the Major Leagues, White Sox Park in Chicago opened in 1910 with a then-record capacity of 32,000. Three years later it was renamed for team founder and owner Charles Comiskey, but this original badge dates before that renaming. Likely from the opening, the 2" diameter badge has wear and states "White Sox Ball Park" with a 22 in the center. The original pin fastener is on back of this amazing throwback to one of baseball's earliest franchises.
