Yet little is known about Ernie Nevers' first pro team in Jacksonville, Florida, as the club folded after just two games - against the NFL's New York Giants and Chicago Bears. These four wonderful Pinehurst Gardens publicity photos (Type I) include paper caption noting all the players from the ill-fated team. The lot includes three 8x10" signed player photos (Jim Lawson, plus Russ and Herb Stein), of which no exemplars exist.
