Of the 17 Nobel Prize committee medals ever graded by NGC, this is the highest. "MS" in the grading stands for Mint State, measures 20 grams and is 23k gold. Back is stamped "MV, 23K, B10." The designation B10 is from 1976, and featured is Alfred Nobel on front, with the arms of the Academy of Sciences on the reverse.
