This exceptional Type I 8x10" team photo includes a blind stamp cartouche of photographer "Hi Bagby South Bend," and was presented to "R.D. Daly," whose name is written in pencil on the verso. Players on that perfect Fighting Irish squad included Knute Rockne, who would shortly thereafter assume the role of the program's Head Coach.
