A bittersweet memento, here's a signed letter by John F. Kennedy as President. Dated March 19, 1963, it is signed to Congressman Omar Burleson, wishing him a happy birthday. While the letter is originally typed to "Mr. Congressman," JFK crossed out the more formal title and wrote "Omar," adding a more personal touch.
