1,500+ dazzling original negatives of 1960s-70s musicians by Cleveland's own Marv Axelrod. The majority are from the 1970s at "The Coliseum." They include Elvis Presley (30+), Frank Sinatra (70+), Chuck Berry (40+), Marvin Gaye (14), Sammy Davis Jr. (58), Led Zeppelin (60+), Elton John (35), Eric Clapton (55+), John Denver (250+), The Who (30+), The Beach Boys (50+), The Eagles (75+), Allman Brothers (40+), KISS (15), Doobie Brothers (35), Osmonds (75+), Stills & Young (40), Ted Nugent (35), and even Jerry Lewis (35+). Over 200 are 2.25" full color negatives/transparencies, while the balance are on 35mm film. Plus, there are also political: Reagan-Carter "There You Go Again" Cleveland Debate (50), Lyndon B. Johnson's 1966 trip to Seoul (3). Color and B/W 35mm, are pretty fair split. Axelrod was one of the top lensmen of the day, and also shot Cleveland sports teams. His massive collection of hockey negatives rest in the Hockey Hall of Fame. 100% UNPICKED and original.
