The highlight of this group of six Brooklyn Dodgers programs is one from the early days of the 1947 season, significant for Jackie Robinson's breaking of the Color Barrier. The unscored program does have pencil marks on the scorecard, and there is some separation and minor tears, rating GD-VG condition. Others averaging EX or better include (unscored unless indicated): 1947 vs. New York (scored), 1951 (2 - both scored), 1955, and 1956 (Robinson's last game, scored). Robinson batted second in his debut, a 5-3 Dodgers' victory over the Boston Braves on April 15, 1947, and won both Rookie of the Year and MVP honors in his 10 year career in the Majors.
