This eclectic series of sixteen 2.25" full color negatives/transparencies portray the ins and outs of the classic second rematch of Muhammad Ali against Joe Bugner, the Hungarian-born Aussie-Brit who was one of the great fighters of the day. He certainly gave Joe Frazier a run for his money in the finest performance of his career. From Merdeka Stadium at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the great sunshine gives the outdoor shots a brilliant "on-fire" look, in NM-MT condition.
The original negatives and images in this collection are by the personal photographer of Ali's manager Herbert Muhammad. Unpublished, they have not seen the light of day for five decades. Recently discovered, they come with the photographer’s rights. All of the negs/transparencies are unique, “Type I” images that can be used to make prints and products of the finest quality and huge scale.
