A nice rarity from the racetrack, this green rubberized sign hung on the stable of Smooth Performance at the 1991 Belmont Stakes. With white letters on a deep forest green background, this sign measures 14x36" and includes hooks on either side to facilitate hanging. Visible use is evident on the front and back, with dirt stains. Sired by Seattle Slew, Smooth Performance ran to an 8th place finish in the race won by Hansel.
