As the cornerstone of the original "Murderers' Row," Babe Ruth crashed 60 homers with 165 RBI in 1927, and this Type I photo is from the season of all seasons. In the 8x10" black and white shot, Ruth bends over in front of the Yankees dugout with three of his bats in hand. The photo is in VG condition with a chip at bottom left corner, and some tape on the top edge of the verso. There is also an N.E.A. stamp on the back with date of March 18, 1927.
