This red-and-black street sign hung at the corner of University and Clifton in 1961 after the University of Cincinnati Bearcats won the NCAA basketball championship. Measuring 30x18", it has the original owner's name on the back with details of where it hung, indicating that it replaced "University Avenue" in honor of the national title. It has mounting holes, a few wrinkles to the metal and some minor scratches.
