During the late 1960s, the Boston Tea Party became one of the key venues in the northeastern US to see up-and-coming talent. This handbill, measuring 7.5x11", heralds a pair of tour series from 1969, with one trumpeting The Jeff Beck Group and The Nice, and the other for Poco & Family, including Buffalo Springfield. While Beck, formerly of the Yardbirds, was a musical influence in his own right, the lead singer of his band - not mentioned on this poster - was a then-little-known performer named Rod Stewart. There is a small fold in the bottom right corner, but considering this handbill is paper stock, it remains in exceptional condition, rating EX-MT.
