A virtual Who's Who of baseball history, with the primary focus being on the New York Yankees, is what's up for grabs in this intriguing lot. From one man's collection, there are 250+ pics offered, with roughly 40 photos that are Type I, originals that were printed within a year or two of the date that they were taken. Others are either later prints from the original negatives or are from copy negatives. There are tons of Yankees but also some nice prints from George Burke negatives including many Hall of Famers. Over 50% are 8x10" and most are black and white. The oldest date back to the 1920s and include originals of Babe Ruth (2), Urban Shocker (1927), Wilcey Moore (1927), Roger Maris, Casey Stengel and many more. The overall condition is EX with most being EX-MT or better and only a few that are worse than VG.
