On August 23, 1966, the Beatles played in front of 44,000 screaming fans at Shea Stadium. For the second straight year, the Fab Four packed the ballpark in Queens and caused quite the commotion among fans young and old. A year prior to their 1966 show, the Beatles also stopped at Shea and it was the first concert to be played in an American sports stadium. This is an original full and unused ticket from the 1966 spectacle in EX-MT condition but for slight toning around the edges and some fading.
