This extremely rare 25" blue felt pennant features the names of the New York Yankee greats who triumphed over the Giants in the 1937 World Series. All the top names are listed including DiMaggio, Gehrig, Dickey, Lazzeri and Gomez among the 15 names, with “NEW YORK YANKEES AMERICAN LEAGUE CHAMPIONS.” DiMaggio is first even though he was a relatively new player verses the more seasoned Gehrig. The label on back, reads "Charles Shear Concessioner 146 Park Row, New York." Has some light wear, overall in EX condition.
