Lot Description  

This original mixed media watercolor and pen-and-ink on board was done by celebrated commercial and MAD/EC Comics artist, the legendary Jack Davis. Comic caricature of mascot image intended for official design for A&M logo. Jack Davis is highly sought-after and his works can bring in the thousands. Deeply resonant colors on a pristine white background, measures 13x14" and is NRMT condition. Remember his American Graffiti film poster?
