1976 marked the final playing season of two-time Boston Red Sox All-Star Rico Petrocelli. This game-worn road jersey was donned by Petrocelli himself during his last season as a player, and shows nice use. The jersey is all original except for the missing patch on the left sleeve. "Boston" is sewn on the front of the jersey and "6" is sewn on the back. In the collar of the jersey features a McAuliffe size 42 tag and on the front tail features "1976" and washing instruction tags. A true cult hero and cog in the previous year's "Impossible Dream."
