Worn by the great Hall of Famer during his stellar career at U.K., this is from the era when they hit two huge milestones. In 1951 Kentucky won the National Championship and in 1953-54 they went undefeated. Comes with a letter from Ramsey stating that he wore this particular uniform for several seasons and that it comes from his personal collection. Home jersey shows lots of use, and has "KENTUCKY 30" in blue on the front and "30" on the back. Gorgeous quality King O'Shea size 42 tagging is inside the tail, and period shorts are white satin with blue trim and King O'Shea size 36 tagging. In the waistband is written "30 Ramsey" and "30" is also stenciled inside. There is a second number also indicating these were first worn by another player. The top portion of the jersey is slightly toned from being framed by Ramsay himself, and there are also some minor stitch marks at the middle of the jersey, which are inconsequential, from being attached to a backing when framed.
