The Pittsburgh Penguins won back-to-back Stanley Cup championships during the 1990-91 and 1991-92 seasons. Left winger Kevin Stevens was a key cog in those back-to-back championship teams playing alongside superstar Mario Lemieux. Stevens netted 40 goals during the regular season and 17 more during the Stanley Cup Playoffs to lead all scorers in the tournament. His road (black) jersey is destroyed with game use. There are three repairs on the right sleeve along numerous stick marks, un-repaired holes and paint transfers. Six additional repairs appear on the left sleeve along with heavy board burns, stick marks and more un-repaired holes. One repair is evident on the lower front with plenty of stick marks and material pulls. Heavily rusted fight strap resides inside the back. Maska Ultrafil tag in the collar with number “25” in marker. CCM and NHL logos sewn on the back right hem. Heavily piling inside the left sleeve and back where the fight strap hangs. This jersey is photo-matched to Stevens wearing it during the 1990-91 NHL season.
