Lot Description  

Issued to one of the most famous and corrupt political figures of the day. Mayor James J. "Jimmy" Walker was up there in fame with Babe Ruth and Al Capone. Extremely rare pass anyway, let alone the #1,000 pass issued to "Da Maya." Overall VG. True museum piece that intersects multiple areas of popular culture.
