This extreme rarity is beautifully signed on the face, "To Bruce, WOW Ringo" and lightning bolt with added "star" and the year 1995. Discovered in a storage unit in Modesto California, shades of "Storage Wars." Ringo played with his All Star Band in Concordia that very year where this was likely obtained.
