The fifth time was the charm for the Detroit Tigers, who finally claimed their first World Series championship in 1935, defeating the Cubs in six games. From that Fall Classic come these four unposted cards that do not have any writing on them. Two are the same but for the fact that one is brown sepia-toned and the other is black and white. Both show the team with the player names printed at the bottom. Another is a team photo with Tigers drawn on both sides. The names are again printed below and has a Greenfield's Cafeteria advertising on the reverse, as well as some glue marks on the back. The last features square photos of individual team members and the wording: "Detroit Tigers American League Champions 1934-35." Overall, these are in VG condition with some creasing and general wear.
