1935 wasn't a particularly memorable one for Philadelphia Athletics fans. Not only did the team suffer through a 58-91 season on the field, manager Connie Mack erected the high, right-field 'spite' fence to thwart fans from watching home games for free from the 20th Street roof houses. This official William Harridge Ball from that season, however, is a valuable keepsake with strong stampings and signatures averaging 6-7 out of 10. Jimmie Foxx's name is a sold 7, as is Mack's on the sweet spot. The 18 autographs are in black fountain pen and the ball is in EX-MT condition.
