Mickey Cochrane's identity is almost exclusively tied into baseball, but the Hall of Fame catcher was also a great football player. So much so that he had to choose which sport to pursue professionally upon graduation from Boston University. This vintage framed photo of Mickey in his BU football uniform has a plaque at the bottom with the school's Varsity Club logo and the engraving: "HALL OF FAME GORDON S. COCHRANE." It was presented to him by the school when he was inducted into its sports Hall of Fame. It's in VG condition with an easel back.
