The 1967 Red Sox may have lost a tough, seven-game World Series to the Cardinals, but the Old Towne Team had plenty to be proud of that "Impossible Dream" season, highlighted by Carl Yastrzemski capturing the Triple Crown. Prior to that campaign, the Red Sox had not enjoyed a winning season in nine years, and hadn't won the pennant in 31. When members of that beloved club gathered for a reunion, they signed this baseball, which is in NRMT condition with 26 signatures
averaging 8/10 or better. Yaz and Jim Rice are included. There are additional signed pieces featuring players from other eras, such as Joe Wood, Rice, Fred Lynn and Dwight Evans. There's a framed Yaz Day Poster from 1983, a 1975 World Series Montage featuring Yaz, Lynn and Carlton Fisk, and a bat signed By Rice, Lynn and Evans. A terrific lot for members of Red Sox Nation!
