When Red Schoendienst was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1989, he received this crystal in the shape of a baseball. Etched on the crystal is: "PRESENTED BY THE N.B.B.H.O.F. TO A.F.S" as well as that year's inductees: "ALBERT J. BARLICK, JOHNNY L. BENCH ALBERT F. "RED" SCHOENDIENST CARL M. "YAZ" YASTRZEMSKI" and a Hall of Fame logo. It is housed in its original wooden case and comes with a 50th Anniversary presentational plaque, measuring 13" x 16" that was also delivered to Red. Both items are in NRMT condition, and there are two Hall of Fame credentials on HOF lanyards.
