Only existing 8x10" still of his first band ever, The Castiles. Their manager, Tex Vinyard, had a small number of these photos produced in 1965 for promotional purposes. "Professional" photograph of the band features a rather handsome adolescent Bruce. An original specimen of their first and quite rare business card is framed directly below. Card is NRMT, photo has multiple pinholes and tape stains. This was obtained direct-ly from a member of the band. Although the Castiles had an earlier, informal portrait taken, this is the first ever promotional photo that featured Bruce Springsteen.
